How to Request a Return
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at Inquiry@magnusgifts.com.
Include your order details, a description of the damage, and an unboxing video to help us assess the issue.
Return Conditions
We will only accept returns for products that are damaged upon arrival.
The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
